Rosehip Hibiscus

Vividly floral, this drink boasts juicy hibiscus notes at the core. Finds balance with a sweet and tangy finish.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup rosehip hibiscus mix | dried
  • Fermented kombucha

Materials:

  • 32 oz. glass mason jar
  • Funnel
  • Mesh strainer

Directions:

  1. Place funnel on top of jar opening.
  2. Place mesh strainer on top of funnel.
  3. Pour fermented kombucha into the jar. Leave 2 in. headspace.
  4. Add dried rosehip hibiscus mix to jar. 
  5. Gently stir brew.
  6. Close lid and allow the kombucha to ferment for 1-4 days.
  7. Store jar in a cool place.
  8. After 1-4 days, place finished jar in refrigerator to slow second fermentation.
  9. Enjoy!
